We develop and manufacture transparent conductive film for touch panel. We cultivate our own technology of touch panel, and apply it for developing of new transparent conductive film. From the dawn of resistive touch panel, we have produced ITO film by sputtering. Recently we focus on developing of ITO film for projected capacitive touch panel.
Projected capacitive type of touch panel can recognize touch location through patterned conductors. Although ITO is a transparent conductor, the patterning is visible because ITO’s refractive index and reflection rate are high. To get better sensitivity for touch location, ITO resistance should be low, however, low resistance ITO affects for visibility. We solved visibility problem and able to provide low resistance invisible ITO film.

Produce resistance lower from 150ohm/sq which is standard ITO film to 80ohm/sq.
Low resistance ITO enables produce lager touch panel and perform better sensitivity of touch location.

After annealing process is done by us which promote ITO crystallization.
In addition to common PET film, we develop the touch panel with isotropic film and retardation film which is suitable for on-cell touch panel. (Refer to product range of ITO film)
