Fine μ
Gunze proprietary processing technology to facilitate sewing allows Fine μ industrial sewing thread to offer a no-compromise combination of high quality and low cost. Supplied in Japan, China and Indonesia, Fine μ is available in 400 basic and 600 custom colors while providing an anti-puckering property.
Machine Thread for Jeans Production
This thread combines the strength of polyester with cotton's impressive color properties, enabling it to withstand the specialized treatments for vintage, distressed and stretch jeans production. In addition, machine thread for special stitching was also added to the lineup.
Thread for Automotive Applications
This thread is specially designed for sewing automotive interior parts such as airbags, seat belts and other safety system components, as well as steering covers and shift knob covers. Gunze's proprietary bonding process adds high strength and ease of sewing to the thread.
Anti-theft Tag Fastener
Designed to attach to product tags for magnetic sensor detection, this anti-theft device features a high-grade inconspicuous appearance, a special tool for easy attachment and high sensing accuracy, and has no adverse effects on heart pacemakers.
Anti-theft Gate
This cost-effective anti-theft gate features a high-precision magnetic sensor and a refined design. It is also compatible with virtually all magnetic tags available, and the transparent acrylic panel does not detract from the store's atmosphere. The integrated power supply unit also helps conserve floor space.
