What is SiC Nano-Powder

IESTas a joint venture of the SiC business of our company sells the high-quality SiC nanopowder “Fi-NITETM” manufactured in France.

SiC nanopowder can be used as the powder raw material for production of new materials represented by the SiC/SiC composite “Cera-NITETM”, or it can be used as a filler material with excellent hardness and chemical stability for abrasion-resistant materials and other applications. SiC nanopowder also can be used to create dense monolithic SiC sintered objects with high strength and high thermal conductivity.
