Global expansion of our division
In 1991, established P.T.Gunze Indonesia, we started overseas local production in early times.
Transfering the trends of sewing in the world to Asia led by China, advanced into China (Shanghai) in 1995 and 2007, Bangladesh in 2012 and Vietnam in 2016 and established production system in each Asian country.
Also Tsuyama Gunze Co., Ltd. located in Japan takes a roll as mother plant of each our overseas plants, and provides excellent products to local garment factory in well timed by keeping product quality same wherever it is producted at our plants.

Global cooperation utilized IT

Improved productivity dramatically by introducing "Color Center" which can share dyeing information to every our plant instantly in mother plant (Tsuyama Gunze Co., Ltd.)
If color blur is occured in overseas plant, we can provide know-how and solution immediately from mother plant and follow-up remotely.
