PELNAC™

PELNAC is made of an atelocollagen sponge layer, which provides the scaffold for dermal regeneration, and a silicone film layer, which can prevent external infection and moisture control.
When used to treat damaged or defective dermal layers, fibroblasts and capillaries infiltrate the collagen matrix, which is replaced with dermis-like tissue after 2-3 weeks.
It is indicated for use in deep burns, exposed bone, or other full-thickness skin defect wounds. Using PELNAC may possibly lead to excellent functional and aesthetic results thanks to less contracture after surgery.
