- “HEPTAX”, the complex nylon film of Gunze is a coined word of Greek “7 (HEPTA)” and “X” from COMPLEX.
- Sequential bio-oriented film, which can layer up to 5 types 7 layers.

Hybrid nylon
- In order to reduce the amount of packaging material and the laminating process, unique multi-layer oriented technology of Gunze has realized a hybrid of nylon.
(Hybrid Biaxial Oriented Nylon=Bio-oriented nylon with the layer of PET)
Advantage (layer composition)
Application
For the conventional product (left diagram), PET and ONY are laminated together, but the type HBN (right diagram) is possible to substitute the function of two layers with one sheet.
With this technology, cost reduction can be expected by reducing the amount of packaging material usage and laminating process.
Ready-to-eat meal
For lids of jelly, etc
Frozen ready-to-eat food for commercial use
In addition, it is also used as a solution proposal to solve ONY problems.
