Measuring equipment

 

(1)Puncture strength tester

<Measuring method>
・Set the sample in the round hole in the center
・Needle descends from top
・Measure the strength when the needle passes through the sample
(2)Film impact tester

<Measuring method>
・Set the sample in the upper right
・Lift semi-arched metal
・Measure the energy when punching a sample
(3)Gelvo type Flex-Cracking Tester

<Measuring method>
・Set the sample in a cylindrical shape
・Shrink by 87.5 mm while twisting 440 degrees (a)
・Shrink it by 62.5 mm and put it back. (b)
Repeat (a) and (b)
(4)Rotational wear tester

<Measuring method>
・Fold the sample in four
・Fix the turntable to the cardboard
・Make the corner of the quartet come into contact with the cardboard and turn the turntable.
・Stop at any number of revolutions and check for pinholes
(5)New wear tester(Gunze original method)

<Measuring method>
・Fix the sample to a pyramidal jig
・Apply a constant load and reciprocate on the cardboard
・When a pinhole occurs after performing any number of times Check the number of times
(6)Rotating drum tester

<Measuring method>
・Insert the sample from the central round window
・Rotate the drum
・Check the number of pinholes that have occurred after the set time has passed.
(7)Vibration tester

<Measuring method>
・Set the cardboard with the contents
・Add vibration for a certain period of time
・Check the number of pinholes that have occurred after the set time has passed.
