Recently, in order to reduce food loss and to deliver the medical distribution, the expansion of cold chain has accelerated.
At Gunze, to support the cold chain of packaging, we have frozen food packaging which has both cold resistance and pinhole resistance. We call these packaging, freezing and pinhole resistance film series.

Today, we would like to show the experiment of the durability.

Comparison object：
・General packaging and Freezing resistance film packaging

Measurement condition：
・35Hz vibration testing machine

Measurement time：
・5℃×2 hours

2 hours later, if we see the general packaging, there was a hole leaking. The cardboard was soaked, so if we stack the cardboard, it might collapse in a worst case. Beside, if we see the cardboard with the freezing resistance film packaging in, there was no leaking or holes.

In this way, it is possible to prevent from the trouble if the freezing resistance film packaging is used for the liquid packaging at cold chain.
